CHEF MAURICIO ORTIZ

Graduated from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Puebla, specialized in Mexican-Mediterranean fusion cuisine. Lover of new ingredients and techniques from different cultures to explore new sensory experiences.
Some of my work adventures have taken place in: Spain, Italy, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Argentina and Singapore.
